Elle 18 Kajal With Almonds Review, Swatches and EOTD

Hello everyone!
Today I am going to review one of the best budget friendly kajals available in the Indian market. It is the Elle 18 Black Kajal which claims to contain almond extracts. Let us check how it works.

Price and Quantity:

Rs.65 for 3 ml

Shelf Life:

30 months

Ingredients:Β

Almonds

Shade Reviewed:Β

Black

My Take on Elle 18 Kajal:

This kajal comes in a girly black, twist up type plastic bullet. Unlike pencil kajals, there is no need for sharpening; hence no wastage. The product is packed well. Its easy to use, travel friendly and mess free. But I highly doubt about the the ease-of-usage getting reduced due to the cone shaped product.

The color of this kajal is dark black and it glides smoothly onto the eye lids and water line. The texture is creamy and smooth; so no tugging or tightness. The kajal defines your eye with a beautiful glossy black shade.

The staying power of this kajal is about 3-5 hours and after that it fades leaving a black tint on your water line. Though I have many waterproof black kajals/kohls in my stash, I want this one so badly to line my waterline for short visits πŸ™‚ May be to a super market or friends house? (You really cant wear and remove a stubborn water proof kajal for 10 minute visits! Right?)

The kajal is very mild and it never hurts my sensitive eyes. Overall, this is a must buy kajal for school/college girls and girls who want that dark kajal for short visits; which gets removed easily with a regular face wash. I absolutely love this kajal! Thank you Elle 18.

I have used Elle 18 Black Kajal in below EOTD

PROS ofΒ Elle 18 Kajal:

  • Chic packaging
  • Dark black shade
  • Smooth and glides easily
  • Doesn’t sting eyes
  • No tugging
  • Stays for a decent time
  • Handy and travel friendly
  • No wastage due to sharpening
  • Easy to remove without a makeup remover
  • Suitable for smokey eyes as it smudges easily

CONS ofΒ Elle 18 Kajal

  • Staying power is not that great if you expecting a long wear
  • Smudges slightly on watery eye lids

MABH Rating: 5/5

Do I Recommend?:

I highly recommend this black kajal to school/college going girls and all kajal lovers who want that easy-to-remove, yet dark black, mild kajal in your vanity case. Get it and I am sure you won’t regret.

Would I Repurchase?:

For sure! Until I find a better easy-to-remove one. I love this kajal very much.

Have you tried Elle 18 Kajal? Hows it?
