Glycerin Winter Body Lotion

It is very essential to nourish and moisturize our skin in winter season to prevent it from drying and breaking. Dry skin causes dull and lifeless flaky skin. There are many body lotions and moisturizing creams available in the market but still some of us prefer to use a chemical free and light moisturizing lotion to moisturize our skin and body. I have a great working homemade body lotion recipe which softens the skin and keep it soft all time, even in winter. You can easily prepare this moisturizing body lotion at home in 2 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

1. Glycerin – Half cup
2. Rose water -3/4 cup

Here’s how
  • Mix glycerin and rose water in a clean bowl. Store it in an airtight bottle. Shake well.
  • Apply this over your body skin and massage gently to let the skin absorb it. This prevents skin from cracking and drying and makes your skin soft and supple.
If your skin is extra dry, the amount of glycerin should be increased to balance it.
