The only problem is my hair which was was once very thick and beautiful but now lost its lustre. Also I’ve gained a lot of weight these months. I need to loose my weight up to 15 kg by the end of this month. I’ve got an elliptical machine with me but i also wanna have a healthy body and i wanna reduce without having mark. My skin is dry and I’ve become tanned. I wanna maintain the lustre of my skin and wanna have a soft one and of course an even toned skin. Please suggest some tips that would make by skin healthy and fair in a month. Please tell me suggestions for my problems which I can do for a month so that I can schedule time and work them out. For lifeless frizzy hair:
First of all, you need to moisturize your hair and nourish your scalp regularly in order to get back the lustre. Make sure to wash your hair every other day if you sweat a lot and work in pollution. Use a mild shampoo to wash your hair and always use a good hair oil to massage your scalp and the tips of your hair. You can either make your own hair massage hair oil at home. Check a natural homemade hair massage hair oil recipe here. This is completely natural and works fabulous on bringing back the lustre of your hair. If you have no time to prepare one, use Parachute Advanced Ayurvedic Hair Oil. It works great on any hair type to control hair fall and nourish hair roots. All you need to do is heat some oil and massage your hair and scalp with the heated warm oil one hour before your hair wash. This can be done twice to thrice a week for maximum benefits.
If these processes don’t work even after a month of usage, it might be some heath issue causing your hair thinning and lifeless hair. Consult with your physician immediately to prevent further hair loss.

Weight Gain Problem
It is actually not safe to follow any home treatments for weight loss without consulting your physician so please avoid that thought. You can follow some natural ideas to keep weight in control. Mild exercises and low calorie intake can help you but you shouldn’t ever starve yourself. Include fresh fruits, veggies and greens in your daily diet. Drink lemon juice every morning in empty stomach, this not only helps keeping weight in control but it also helps clearing out your skin tone. Cut fat items, junk foods from your eating routine and jump to fruits and veg salads. Sometimes, genetics may be related with sudden weight gain, you need to talk to your physician for this. Consult with your physician and follow what he/she says, including with daily exercise and fruit intake.

Dry Skin & Fairness Remedy
Dry skin is caused due to extreme moisture loss. This happens in winters a lot. Make sure to moisturize your skin after every wash and before going to bed at night. If your body skin is rough and dry, a rich creamy body butter or body lotion is a must. Try massaging facial skin with milk cream every morning followed by a gentle face wash, this process nourishes dry facial skin with the milk nutrients to make it soft and supple. Heated olive oil massage is also very beneficial to achieve soft, supple skin.

How Does a Hair Conditioner Work?

Hello everyone!
Today, I’m sharing some facts about hair conditioner with a DIY hair conditioning recipe for you.
From my experience with store bought conditioners, I have noticed several things! The parlor girl always advises me to use store bought branded conditioners only on the hair strand and not on the SCALP as it would spoil the hair roots with the loaded chemical content. I was wondering when the store bought conditioners actually help in making hair shiny, smooth and supple, how does they make it? While hair is a dead follicle itself, how does these conditioners make them visibly soft? It’s because of some silicon content or other chemical content in them. They coat the hair strands and make them looks shiny, soft and also make them manageable. Do you think this helps in improving our hair in any way? Of course not much! Several store bought hair conditioners help just in two ways, they are that they prevent split ends by moisturizing the hair and they also makes your hair manageable. Using store bought conditioners on your hair is not a bad thing, but they do not really help much in providing anything EXTRA to your hair.

You need to be a little wise while choosing your hair conditioner. Choose conditioners without SILICON because the silicon coats your hair strands and give a temporary shiny look. Do you think it is permanent? Not at all! Try to use mild, herbal nourishing conditioners on your hair every time after your shampoo wash as conditioners are meant for painting the moisture loss due to shampooing. Me, and many of my friends really found our hair soft, silky and manageable after started using hair conditioners. Its sad that many people around India are still not concerned about conditioning their hair after shampooing.
Lets check some more about how conditioners work.
While some store bought conditioners just provide the temporary shine to our hair, there are some exceptional ones. For an example, there are some nourishing oils and creams available in the market which should be used before shampooing your hair. They actually nourish the scalp, hair roots, hair body and provides a deep conditioning treatment to your hair. When we shampoo our hair after using these kinda conditioners, they prevent excess moisture loss on the hair and scalp due to shampooing. Everything is in your hand, you need to choose a suitable conditioner for your hair to maintain it’s health and beauty. Health and beauty of hair depends on your maintenance and the hair products you use. Of course health matters too!!
So what is a hair conditioner for you and how do you use it?

Simple & Elegant Dotted Nail Art: Photo Tutorial

by Chand

Hi…. all ladies…..!!!!!!

I should greet all nail art lovers today. This is a very simple nail art. I have very short nail base. I have always envied ladies with long nails. It is a boon which I always wish to demand. Yet, I have somehow managed with my short stout nails for so many years. There is no much scope for lot of designs on short nails. Out of so many years of experience with short nails, I have found that short nails are comfortable with dotted designs. So, today’s nail design will comprise of several colorful dots.
Let the pictures do the maximum explanation of this simple and elegant dotted nail design.
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1:
After preparing the nails for the painting, I applied base color on the nails. This is my all time favorite color.

Step 2:
Next, place two dark brown dots on the base color, first near the tip of the nail and second right below the first dot. Make sure the base is completely dry. The brown dots can be done with the brush that comes along with the nail enamel bottle.
Step 3:
Now, a very light shaded pink dots on the brown dots. The pink dots are to be smaller than the brown dots. So, I used a tooth pick to draw the tiny pink dots.
Step 4:
After the dots are dry, take a reddish brown nail color, again on the tooth prick tip. Draw 2 dots, one in between the dark brown dots, another after the second brown dots. (Hope, I am sounding fine. Well, the next pic should explain my words!!). After the whole dotted structure has dried perfectly, surround the entire structure with another most light colored skin color.

There goes the final structure of dots. Done. Optionally, you could top it with a coat of clear color.
